Regions and facilities ranked by collection percentage, all payers and by category. Toggle any table between Region and Facility view, and select one or more regions to filter every table at once.
Every region's (or facility's) collection percentage for 2026, ranked highest to lowest. Switch to a specific payer category or the grouped Insurance/Private view to see how the standings shuffle once the blended number is split apart. Movement shows the change in rank versus the prior tracked period.

Four views of Private Pay collections: Full (all Private-Pay activity), Real (non-coins, non-PME, excluding denied private Medicaid — the cleanest read on true collectibility), Coins (coinsurance), and PME. Each tracks Collection %, Outstanding, Written Off, and Write-off % of Sales by region.

Same power-ranking approach, one level down. Each facility ranked by overall collection percentage, then reranked by Private Pay to show how much the standings shuffle once Private Pay is isolated. Every region's facilities are available from the selector below.

This tracks the same date-of-service year across two extraction dates — how much more of a given period's business got collected between your last meeting (data through March 2026) and this meeting's numbers. It deliberately does not compare one DOS year against another, since a newer DOS year will always look worse simply because it's had less time to collect — that's not a real performance change. Season, Region & View above drive this tab the same way they drive Standings.

Enter your target collection percentage for each region and payer, per aging bucket. These drive the Heat Map's green/red coloring directly. Stored in this browser only (not synced across devices) — use Export to back them up or move them to another computer.

Which facilities bill under LTC vs 121, and which are flagged CHOW. Move or toggle a facility to reassign it — this drives the Billing Co. and CHOW filters used throughout the report.

Every row compares the two billing companies side by side: LTC's collection %, 121's, and the percentage-point gap between them. Expand a bucket to see the payer-category breakdown; expand a payer to see which regions and facilities make up each side.
Each bucket row shows collection % by quarter: a quarter's own service months are paired with their matching transaction month(s) under that bucket, then summed -- same convention as the quarter-to-quarter comparison on the Heat Map. A blank cell means that bucket's offset would need a transaction month that hasn't happened yet (or predates the data), not a zero. Average is a true blended % across all 12 quarters shown (total sales minus total aging, divided by total sales) -- not an average of the displayed percentages.
One line per aging bucket, oldest to newest, reflecting whichever region and filters are currently applied above.
Assign each manager, supervisor, or biller the payer categories and facilities they're responsible for. Once saved, you can filter the Heat Map and Quarter Trends tabs down to exactly what one person owns.

Notes are saved in this browser only — they won't follow you to another device or survive clearing browser data. Export a backup to keep one safe or move it elsewhere; import merges a backup back in without erasing notes you've added since.
